EATING AT BUFFETS MAKES YOU FAT

                              BEING FAT IS CAUSED BY OVEREATING AND NOT EXERCISING. PEOPLE THINK IF YOU GO TO A BUFFET AND ONLY EAT LARGE QUANTITIES OF PROTEIN(AKA MOSTLY  FAT) INSTEAD OF CARBOHYDRATES THAT YOU WON'T GET FAT.  IF YOU DON' EXERCISE AND EAT A LOT YOU'LL GAIN WEIGHT.  THE ONLY THING LOW IN CALORIES ARE VEGETABLES.   DESSERTS ARE INCREDIBLY HIGH IN CALORIES AS IS BREAD,CHIPS AND CRACKERS.  MAINLY THEY ARE WAISTED (WASTED) CALORIES SINCE THEY ARE GENERALLY LOW IN NUTRITIONAL VALUE.
                               On LOSEIT.COM, they calculate  calories consumed and then burned.  They determine if you are under or over your daily calorie limit factoring in exercise.  They don't evaluate your diet for healthiness just calories.  The number of recommended daily calories is determined by your height and amount of weight you want to lose.  They determine the daily calorie intake and amount of time it will take to lose the desired weight in a sensible manor.
 IT WORKS IF YOU WORK IT.  SO WORK IT.  YOU'RE WORTH IT!
                               I was supposed to eat 1500 calories a day(or more if I exercised) to lose 40 pounds in a year.  Somehow since I moved to my winter house and am using another computer, I can't record my daily calories and exercise.  BUT BOTTOM LINE IS YOU JUST DO IT.  SO IT'S JUSTDOIT.COM REALLY.
